GREAT Group Deal with ArtFire....Check it Out!

Hello everyone, and this is gonna be a quick one...I am trying to research a little, revise pictures, work on listings, work on things with TSU Sellers Network, and etc. But....I have had a shop here for a while with ArtFire, and because of this special I went to look closer at them. I have listed a few things there, and LOVE it! When I completed my listing, it came back to me asking me to fix some things....found some google words not approved, made me aware of it so I could change it, and how great is that? Excellent! So, this is another store I have added to my list for the holidays. Also, because I have some future plans...this store & another one there I am working on will be very handy....can't tell you quite yet:)

Anyway, stop by there and check it out. You get A LOT for that pro membership price...no listing fees, no final value fees, and it is for life too! Some great features to have with the pro account, and for that price....much cheaper than paying a final value fee, paying a listing fee, relisting fee, and etc. Stop by to have a look if you are not already there....great great group of people, and excellent service from support too!:) See me at LilacsNDreams @ ArtFire Well, it is late, very late, and I need to close this. Wishing everyone a great evening, early morning, and best of luck to you. Have a super weekend, and chat with ya'll later!:)

Bonanzle, Ecrater, Marketplace Spotlight

Hello Everyone, and thanks for stopping by here, and visiting with me!:) I had noted about some wonderful social places to be visiting. One of those mentioned is a new place that is up & coming, and I wanted to clarify a little more of what it is. The best way for me to explain it is like a shopping mall. This is a place for sellers to offer their goods, show you where their items are being sold, a place for the buyer to get a feel of what is being offered, and where being offered at, and instead of visiting their store right away you can ask questions here too. To better view what I am explaining, it would be best for you to stop by & give them a visit at Marketplace Spotlight A Place for Your Online Shopping. Hope to see you there!:)

Well, keeping this one short tonight....I am tired again:) But, am happy to have you stop by, and see me here too:) Thanks again for the visit, don't forget the LilacsNDreams Store button at the top that is being worked on...click it & have a look:) Also, I am still working with my website too at LilacsNDreams Site. I have been priming & painting with some things at home today, and soon hope to have some pictures to show of some things for you too:) I also went thrifting today, and found some nice collectible pieces that are now drying, and hope to picture them & add them with my inventory soon. Ya'll take care, and stop by again soon!:)

Vintage Village, TSU Sellers Network, Marketplace Spotlight, eCrater Ning

Hello Everyone, and thanks so much for stopping by to check on me today. I have been up since about 2:30 a.m. not able to sleep. So, what the heck, get some things done now, right? I feel I am getting tired, so won't make this long to all of you.

Upon viewing my blog, make sure you check on the side for some of the social sites I belong to. The boxes are there, and they are clickable to go to them too. But, I will put them here for you too. Check out:
Vintage Village   The 2 administrators here are great!:) Check out the pictures of some gorgeous vintage treasures too...Hmm...
TSU Sellers Network  Angie has a nice place here for sellers to collect at to show pictures, their links, share & help each other too.
Marketplace Spotlight This is a new place that Angie also runs too. Place is growing, and is for the sellers & shoppers too. Sellers show their things here, give an idea of what they sell, and shoppers can stop by to view & read a little bit of something about different places of where sellers sell at too.
eCrater Social Network ESN  For those who have ecrater stores, check this place out too. Here are other sellers from ecrater that share links, pictures, and help each other too.

Well, I think maybe should go rest a little bit again. Daughter here soon to get some money from us...HeHe...will stop for that, right? LOL! Son has left for work with a new job today, and I hope to be able to get 1 of my items painted today so that it can sit to dry, and I can do my finishing touches to it. Wish me luck everyone:) Thanks for stopping by, and hope to see you again:) Have a Beautiful weekend everyone & Have Fun!:) Later..........

Hello & Welcome to all Bloggers, Socializers, Ning Members, and so on........

Hello Everyone, and Good Evening...Early Morning for me:) Sorry, I really have been absent lately, and I truly am sorry for that as I miss it when I don't stop into my blog as I was becoming accustomed to. I have quite a few social sites I belong to, and have been going through those, and knocking some of those out of the way according to memberships, how long I had been there, if it was benefiting me in some way, and how often I actually visited & participated with it too. Whew! My list was very long, still kind of is, but slowly going down too:)

I have recently signed up with a new place that is taking off quite well, and suggest others stop to visit. Will be a place for sellers to show their things, and a place also for buyers to visit to see what is being offered, and see things a little bit more detailed too. When you get a chance, please visit with Marketplace Spotlight Angie is the owner there, and is a great gal who spends much time on the internet working with this sight, and some other ones that she has too. Another popular one of hers for sellers to collect to, share things there, and etc is with TSU Sellers Network When you are able to, stop by to give these 2 places a visit. The memberships are growing daily, and they are great groups of people there too:)

Don't forget, if you like Thrift Store, Yard Sale, Flea Markets & Junking too...stop by my group page I had started with facebook too. Place to share your treasure hunting experiences, your junking, dumpster diving too---I know there are others who do this too:o) Share your links, share your websites, share some pictures, and just a place to have all sharing the same interest to collect to. The group name is Thrift Store, Yard Sale, Flea Market Junkies on FB, and on the side there is also a clickable link that should take you there too:)

Thanks for everyone being patient with me since I have not been here much. I wish I could promise it would change, but life happens sometimes....I am sure we can all relate. This last time besides me trying to do my thing was dealing with my daughter & grand baby being here do to some marital issues. So, added to my 'TO DO' list was more cooking, more cleaning, babysitting, shopping, and etc. Hopefully it is all ok as they are home again too. Life...one curve after another, right? LOL!

Anyway, ya'll take care. Thanks so much for stopping, and for your wonderful comments too! Best of luck to all of you, have a beautiful day, and I'll be back!:) Later.........

Have a Beautiful Day Everyone!!:o)

Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog. I was just stopping by here to check on a few things, and get my list in order of things to organize with, and get more a schedule set for me. I have so many 3 blogs I work with, 2 websites working on, all the ning social places I belong to, and let's say I spend a lot of time reading emails, and socializing. So, I have looked some things over, and let some social sites go, and am going over things to get more of a schedule for me to follow. Would make things easier, and help me so that I can get back to focusing on listings items, and working on some of the things I am doing too. Summer about over, and time to get back into the groove of things again:)

Hope the weather has been good where everyone is. We have some very strong winds...up to 70 mph hit us, and the area. In 1 area I heard of a train being blown over from the winds we had...yeah, pretty bad, huh? Came in, and just that like that is gone again. Winds just all of a sudden quit, and you could see lights on the hiway again.

Well, after reading a little bit, and a friend helping me with some instructions on my website, I hope to working on that tomorrow. At least gonna try it, and play around with it. Hopefully get it to more of where I would like it to be:)

Well, everyone, hope ya'll had a great evening, and are safe where you are from the weather. Take care, and have a beautiful day! Later.....

Welcome All Bloggers, Socials, Vintage & Collectible Collectors....Everyone!:)

My Goodness! Where has the time gone this week? Wow! It is already Saturday night, late, and I will soon be off to bed. Trying to complete things, work on some things, and unfortunately it has not been with listing things either...UGH! I have really got to work on organizing a schedule for me!

I did spend time a little bit researching, reading, and printing some notes for me on how to do a few things with my google site. I have been busy with some of the nings social sites too. Love them places, and the people you meet with them too!:) Check them all out sometime. There is Vintage Village They are working on a Co-Op ad right now that will be published with Vintage Magazine. I am excited about it myself too. There is the paper version, and also a digital version too:) Then, there is TSU Sellers Network  A social network for online sellers, and the past few days has had some nice growth with their membership there too. Angie not only manages that sight, but has other things she does to help with advertising, promoting, and etc. Another one I cannot forget about as they have a ning, a blog, and it is all connected with the ecrater store network too. The name for that is eCrater Ning They have some really great people here too! Very helpful, informative, and great at working together, and helping one another with any issues or questions that arise.

There are some more I would love to mention, but I do not want to bore ya'll with all of them tonight. I will save those for the next time, ok? Now, don't forget, I have my booth with bonanzle, and you can go there by clicking the button on the sidebar along with my store at ecrater too. And, the new google site I am working with is at LilacsNDreams I know same name:) Sorry, but I am kind of attached to it:)

Thanks for coming by, and for all new followers too. Take care, and have a super weekend!:)

Hello & Welcome to LilacsNDreams!:-)

Welcome everyone & hope ya'll have had a beautiful day, and had a great weekend!:) I am seeing a little bit of lightening happening outside again....soooo humid, sticky, misquitos, ugh! So, I will try to keep this short, or do the best I can:)

I have some new friends that came by to visit & follow. Sometimes this system is not letting me through to send thank yous to the new followers, and to thank you for your visits. Please know I would LOVE to respond to everyone, but for some reason I cannot always get through to do so...UGH!

Tonight I started another experimental project for me. I used one of my old tin trays that is a blue & white gingham looking one. I painted my first coat of chalkboard in the center, and when done with this I am going to finish up the second coat for it to dry over night, and finish up what I would like to do with it. I will take pictures to show ya'll when it is completed. I need to be outside painting, but it is sooo humid, buggy & all I might have to spray in house. Got out some old cheap plastic like table cloths to set out & around for this. I need to get it done, and cannot be outside to do so:(

My week started off a little busier than I intended as I had made my list of completions I wanted to do for Bonanzle listings, and eCrater listings too. Also, to work on some crafts, refurbishings, repurposing, and etc. Even if I only get 1/2 the list done, I will be happy. Something is better than nothing, right?

Well, due to weather, I better scoot for the night. Great seeing all of you here, hearing from you, and thanks so much for stopping by. Don't forget to visit my Bonanzle Booth, my eCrater Store, my Facebook Fan Page, and.....my new google site I am working on too:-) Thanks again everyone, and will touch base with ya'll later. Take care till then!:-)

Google Sites Web Page Set Up

Good Morning everyone! Whew! I still need to get to bed. But, I had to stop by here, and let ya'll know how it went with working on my google site today. I did work on the page more, I worked with godaddy to forward my address to there also. Give it about 48 hrs to be safe, but if you go to LilacsNDreams  you should be able to see so far what I have done. Please, it is not perfect, still a working progress as I am trying to understand some of it too. But, I have made a good start I think with it. For others who would like to do a page...Hey, it's free, and gives you more exposure because it is google too. Go to http://www.sites.google.com/ and start with things there. Also, you Do Not have to have your address as a .com, sign up with godaddy to get it, or anything like that. You will get an address for your site there which will be sites.google.com/site/And Your Name Will be Here. That will be how your address will look. Since I had godaddy signed up for, paid for, I might as well use it, right? I did have it signed up to my blog prior to this.

Anyway, hope ya'll have a great weekend, and have fun with all you do! Meet with ya'll later.

Google Site Web Page

Hello to all who stop to visit & see me today:) Glad to have you here!:) Whew! Hot one here today, how is it your way? I spent 3 hrs mowing the property today, and later tomorrow will finish up around the house, and behind the big barn. Did I get burnt between my shoulders...little hot tonight there:)

I started a new web page with google. Why not, right? They are only the biggest thing for us to have to show things besides Facebook. I am not fully done, and it seems a bit confusing to work with, but I will keep working with it. Hey, free is good, right? I do have a .com reserved with my name at GoDaddy, and was trying to have that set with this pg at Google I am doing. Makes it more professional, and I can direct a lot more there...just like I could with my blog here. I tried it once, and made a mess of it with the blog here. I am not computer lit with some of this stuff, and have to learn as I go. Ok, the place to go to for this page to set up is at Google Sites As of right now, my site for there is LilacsNDreams If you visit there, please remember it is a working progress for me. I have another page from someone who has theirs done, and I am trying to follow, and understand how some things are done. I hope to be showing a lot more there as I work with it.

Well, I suppose I should be off to do a few more things. Spent all day away from computer since I was mowing...WOW! Suprised I did not have withdrawals from it:) But, mind was on other things mowing, ducking some of the tree branches, try to mow in between & around all the trees here, around all the barns & sheds, and etc. Hope ya'll had a wonderful day, and tomorrow brings more pleasure. Till the next time my friends....Toodles!:)

Hello & Welcome to LilacsNDreams Blog

Hello again everyone, and thanks for stopping by to visit, read, view, or with finding me by search & roaming. As you can tell I LOVE purple, lilacs, lavenders, etc. I also am seeing that I am not the only one that likes these colors too...Whew! I just love the pastel colors when they are put together that looks so vintage too:)

Ok, speaking of purple, you need to check out a blog that also is showing purple on their blog page, and they talk about the color too. Great person, kind, and works well with everyone too. Stop by to visit Bargain Express You won't be disappointed. In fact, you will see some other places featured there that also like purple whether it is with their blogs, their websites, what they are selling, and etc. Very enjoyable, and please view when you can.

Well, another favorite place I used for my blog backgrounds also is having issues due to the volumn they have, and with photobucket. So, I had to one more time work with a blog background for another page of mine. As of now, I have all but 1 of my blogs done with my own background, or the simple ones from blogger. Much safer that way, and I will not have to worry about something happening to them as they are mine...almost mine.

Last night we had some heavy rain, lightening, and thunder that would shake my glassware in the house. Got a lot of rain, with some flooding in the area too. Please pray for those who were effected badly with it that they get through all of the damages, and are able to continue living in their homes. We lost power here for about 2-3 hrs, and I guess our road was pretty much wild early this morning when hubby left for work. But, we were fortunate to not have the damages others had.

Well, everyone, off to la la land for me. Been a long day with catching up, and trying to work on things. Not fully listing like I want yet, but I am working with it, and did revise another listing today too. Plus, I need to get some projects done that I started with too. Glue, paint, glue, paint, sand....all that fun stuff!:) Take care & have a great evening everyone. Till the next time....Toodles!:)

Bonanzle, eCrater, Summer Heat.........Hello Everyone!:)

Hello everyone, and Happy Fun Weekend to ya'll! Just dropping by here quick to check on things, and respond to new friends/followers.......Thank You!:) Hope the weather is good where ya'll are at because it is Hot Hot Hot here! Maybe storms tonight, and hot and muggy rest of week. Official hot summer tis here:)

Keeping busy reading emails, blogging, facebooking, and want to list a few more things by tonight too...wish me luck. Empty house today, and on my own for a while to work. Didn't sleep hardly at all last night...at 4 a.m. was up sanding on my box again to make me tired. Some areas the paint was doubled & harder to sand off, and the back area I don't think hardly any paint used & a different piece of wood then the rest of the box. I am seeing the wood graining here. I just have to finsih drawers I started on, and off to painting it. Then....decisions of scrapbook paper, wall paper, or some wall borders I have to for the top, back, and on the front drawers....just love creating!:)

Hope this finds everyone doing well, surviving the heat where ya are. Take care everyone, and you know me....I'll drop by here again:) Enjoy your weekend everyone!:)

Don't forget the clickable buttons to the side here for shopping wth my bonanzle booth, and my ecrater store. Also, I am working with my LilacsNDreams Store button above....can buy directly from there with paypal:)

Ok, enjoy all...Thanks for Visiting!....Later:-)

Hello Bloggers....Rose Cup and Saucer

Hello everyone, and welcome! I just love this time of year for thrift stores, yard sales, flea markets, estate sales, and etc....don't you?:) So many treasures to be had for resale, resuse, recycle, repurpose, and etc. Hmm...the possiblities...Love it!

I did get an adoarable rose cup, and rose saucer listed at bonanzle for sale yesterday. And...an adorable azure blue diamond point pattern bowl too! Lovely pieces, and need to stop by to check them out at LilacsNDreams Never know what other little treasures you might find there to catch your attention too:)

While taking some pictures for listings, researching, reading & responding to emails, taking care of facebook & my blogs...I have also been trying to sand an item, do a little bit of painting with a lace wall hanging I am revising for resale, rearranging some things at home, etc. I have been multitasking lately...trying to get my body out of this vacation mode it has been in lately.

Well, I suppose I better be off to getting some more work done here. Hoping ya'll are having a great day, and thanks for stopping by to visit. Take care till the next time. Later.......

Thank You for Visiting!:>)

Welcome to LilacsNDreams

Hello again everyone, and thanks so much for stopping by my new blog page!:) Whew! What a week it has been so far...how about you? I have been working a little more with sanding a project to paint, I had been slowly adding some decorative tube painting to a lace wall hanging I am working on revising, taking pictures of before I got started, and also pictures of items I am getting ready to list for sale. After taking pictures I spent a little time resizing them for quicker loading for everyone, have them filed, started some research again for some, and hopefully by tonight I am listing some things.

Am tiring a little bit today. Still have the momentum, but am slowing down just a bit. Hmm..maybe time to take a break? Yeah, kick back a bit, and then come on back to do some more work....that's what it's all about, right? Hope this finds everyone having a great day! Have Fun & Be Happy Everyone!:) Thanks for visiting & come again soon.........

Hello Bloggers and Friends

Hello everyone, and hope ya'll are having a super weekend thus far! FIRST OF ALL, I would like to thank the new followers that have recently joined with me here....Thank You!:) Sorry, I am getting busier, and it is becoming harder to send out special thank yous to you individually as I had been doing.

As we can see, I am still working with the background for this blog yet. I have not yet found one that I like for here, and have been reading a little bit about how to maybe make my own background for the blog too. Hmmm...I have to check on this more, but maybe that is something that I will do also. See how far I can get with it, right? I am not the most literate in this area, and I learn as I go, and make many mistakes along the way. But, I eventually get there:)

Gorgeous here today, but is definitely warmer out too. Sounds like maybe storms again later tonight. I did get some pictures done for items I am hoping to list this weekend yet. I have weighed the items, have done some research on for most of the items, have downloaded the pictures taken for them, and almost there to list...finally:) Haven't done it for a while. So, need to start up with my routine of doing this again. Sorry, but have been enjoying my time with meeting people through facebook, the group I started at facebook, another blog I started for that group.....and yes the backgrounds for the others have been done already...just haven't gotten this one done yet. Little more precious blog here to deal with as this is my business name I have used for years, and it has been growing with me as I with it too:) By the way, I have it checked for my Share Buttons to be showing at the bottom of each of my messages for the day, in my editing it shows it there, but upon viewing my blog it isn't there. Anyone have any ideas of why this is happening? Please share if you do...Thank You:)

Well, I better be off to reading, and researching this blog background/template thing a little more. Wish me luck everyone!:) Take care......

WOW! Changes!

Hello everyone! I am back! Should have come back sooner because the background, or template to my blog has been wiped out. The place I was using that did such great work, is having an issue with photobucket where they store everything. So, till things are worked out there, I got wiped out. Wish I would have known this sooner. Sadly, I was kind of happy with the way my blog was looking, the colors I had chosen, and etc. Now, I have to figure something else out, and see if I can find something close to what I had again.

So, if anyone knows of a good place to use, some suggestions for me to go look at, I would greatly appreciate it:>) But, I better be off to bed, and get up, and start searching for this again here. Have a Great Evening everyone, and I hope ya'll had a splendid 4th of July Weekend!:>) Later....

Happy 4th of July Weekend!!

Wanted to stop by & wish everyone a Safe & Happy 4th of July Weekend!! May ya'll have fun:) I am heading out myself to see what is out there. Our All School Class Reunion is this weekend. Happy hour started for my class at a classmates home, and then later is the street dance where all will come together. Unfortunately, they are predicting storms tonight, and right now the sky is clouding, but hopefully it will let all of us come together before anything really happens...would be nice, right?

Well, ya'll take care & enjoy the weekend! Be Safe...there are other crazies out there besides us!:) Take care, and enjoy all!!:-)
